Hr business partner – position summary

responsible for hr business partner tasks.

areas of responsibility
* strategic partnership: collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement hr strategies that support organizational goals; provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
* talent management: identify and address talent gaps to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities; develop and execute programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* employee engagement & development: foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement by coaching teams and promoting teamwork; design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* change management: lead change initiatives by navigating complex organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels; act as a change champion, empowering employees to embrace new processes and strategies.
* performance & development: oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives; provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive individual and team success.
* hr operations & compliance: ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in hr management; streamline hr processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

skills and qualifications

minimum requirements: a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a master's degree, or a phd with 7 years of experience.

job summary: lead category development/growth by ensuring excellence in execution across the 5p's with regular business updates to the marketing director, local management, division & global. Responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for the following 3 years by identifying the biggest/new segment opportunities and developing plans to achieve/surpass short‐ and mid‐term objectives.

basic requirements

travel requirements

project manager – administración (presencial - home office cdmx)

brindamos apoyo a las empresas en el correcto registro de las operaciones, para el adecuado cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales.

requisitos
* edad 35 años.
* ingeniería en informática, sistemas, licenciatura en administración o afín.
* con disponibilidad inmediata y radique en ciudad de méxico / sur - poniente.
experiencia
* al menos 5 años de alto nivel en organización y planeación de proyectos y seguimiento de actividades.
* dominio de herramientas para administración de proyectos: monday, asana o similares.
* manejo de erp para control y seguimiento a procesos.
* seguimiento, control y supervisión en las actividades propias del puesto.
* dominio de excel; tablas dinámicas, análisis de bases de datos, estadísticas, etc.
* análisis de información.
actividades
* notificar y/o coordinar las instrucciones de la dirección general a varias personas o departamentos.
* control y seguimiento de proyectos: integración y análisis de información.
* recibir y atender llamadas telefónicas, correos, juntas, etc., para ahorrar tiempo a la dirección general; manejo de la agenda personal y laboral de la dirección general (juntas, reuniones, viajes, etc.).
* organizar y agilizar el flujo de información e iniciar cualquier acción de seguimiento.

lunes a viernes 09:00 am a 18:00 pm.
