responsabilidades
* materials reception - incoming inspection
* evaluate supplier reliability through random sampling of the product
* ensure that products meet the specification defined in drawings
* reject product to the supplier that does not meet the specifications
* ensure the level of demand according to the reliability of the supplier processes
* execute and manage the audits of the processes according to the established programs
* report results of processes and audits performed during the shift
* follow up on new products and new projects
* ensure strict compliance with the criteria and specifications of the product and process
* timely inform the production areas and their immediate boss about all the findings or deviations that may arise at any stage of the process
* evaluate and verify objectively that the processes meet the established criteria and specifications
* preparation of reports derived from the technical audits of the process and product
* ensure compliance with quality criteria
* record the control activities carried out, with the objective of evidencing the results and being able to prepare quality reports
* communicate the findings in a timely manner to the corresponding areas and, where appropriate, carry out containment actions that prevent the non-conforming exit of the products or processes
* carry out the dissemination of quality alerts and ensure compliance
* follow up and control the tests executed in process
* make the release of warehouse or product through aql
* generate and, where appropriate, disseminate the required quality alerts
* application of r&r studies in the classification areas
* verify and code tooling of classification areas
* verify application of ecns that involve classification
* perform resistance tests to embed parts
* development and implementation of lup for classification areas
* application of negative red rabbit runs
* verify the correct execution of activities according to the standard operation sheet
* verify records at workstations in the classification areas
* monitoring and closing action plans resulting from the studies and activities carried out in classification
requisitos
* education- technical or professional career
* knowledge -
o essential management of office tools
o statistical process control tools

o basic handling of measurement tools
o iso 9001 standard
* experience - 2- 3 years as a technician, inspector or auditor of process / product or related quality.
