the external & internal marketing director is responsible for creating brand awareness and reputation in b2b and industry events, enhancing client visit experience and strengthening the sense of pride among employees.
education and specific training
marketing, communication, administration, or similar degree.
key responsibilities
position brand as a trusted partner by enriching client visits—both potential and existing—through strategic wow moments in branding and site experience.
build brand awareness through well-defined b2b messaging, fostering strong media relationships and engaging in industry events through participation or sponsorship.
organize demand-generation events for both prospective and existing clients, including initiatives such as leader insights.
strengthen the brand internally by delivering effective, consistent, and engaging communication through endomarketing initiatives with defined kpis.
ensure consistent communication between the company and its internal stakeholders
manage and strengthen internal communication channels to ensure effectiveness and relevance across diverse audiences within the company.
design and execute communication strategies that support organizational transformations, events, and key milestones.
promote and implement global marketing initiatives across local internal and external channels.
work experience
5+ years of experience at an agency or corporate communications role
experience in internal communication planning and execution
experience in event coordination, btl campaigns, experiential marketing efforts.
full professional proficiency in english
technical skills
exceptional writing skills in english and spanish – ability to translate in both languages.
up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
managing internal communication channels such as email, ccms, intranet, etc.
