responsibilities:
* oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
* coordinate with u.s.-based teams, including production, design, and installation, to align project timelines, resources, and goals.
* serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
* track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
* utilize project management software (experience with cmic is a plus) to maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders, and report on project progress.
* collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, promote best practices, and improve project efficiency.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
* minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or architectural projects.
* demonstrated experience managing remote teams and projects with multiple stakeholders.
* strong proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* ability to work u.s. Central time hours to facilitate coordination with the main office.
* pmp or similar project management certification is a plus.
* bilingual- english and spanish required
