Remote business development manager – talent acquisition & client relations
location: fully remote (must reside in latin america)
schedule: monday – friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm est
compensation: $7.00/hour + periodic spot bonuses & incentives
we are looking for a driven and motivated business development manager to join our team this is a fully remote role open across latin america, where you will play a key role in expanding client relationships and driving business growth in the area of talent acquisition.
what you'll do
* act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients.
* build, manage, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
* identify new business opportunities and perform business development activities to expand client partnerships.
* understand clients' staffing needs, gather details for job postings, and communicate requirements to recruiting teams.
* review and provide final approvals for candidates before client submission.
* follow up with clients on submitted profiles and act as a liaison between clients and recruiters.
what we're looking for
* must reside in latin america (remote work only).
* exceptional english communication skills (spoken & written) – native speakers preferred.
* stable, reliable high-speed internet connection and personal laptop/computer.
* strong work ethic, commitment, and motivation to succeed.
* excellent business development and relationship management skills.
* 1–2+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, or talent acquisition.
* proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple client needs effectively.
