Job description
primary function of this position is to commercialize sales and marketing programs within specified channel and to support channel-specific business building opportunities.
responsibilities
channel marketing responsibilities
work within channel marketing team to identify, develop, commercialize and implement channel/customer specific programs (special packaging, promotions, events, marketing materials, flyers, brochures and displays).
support channel & product team to develop and execute launch plans and marketing strategies for new product introductions/launches within channel of distribution.
collect/develop and analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal sources, customer feedback and other sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes.
assist and develop point of purchase material and displays to increase sales at the customer level.
work with channel team and field sales to gain knowledge of customer interaction and sales process.
assist in the development of annual business plan for channel/customer.
conduct competitive market analysis to formulate recommendations for channel plan including advertising and promotional strategies.
graphic design and social media responsibilities
design and edit videos and photography for brand promotion.
ensure the transmission of the corporate image of the company through the creation and updating of the advertising image.
develop strategies in conjunction with the sales area for the promotion of the brand.
coordinate events for external clients.
execute different strategies to promote the brand with distributors.
provide creative content for the media.
develop market studies.
support the social media program: post content and monitor channels.
administer and manage pop material.
develop exclusive stores: manage budget and brand image.
category management specialist responsibilities
analyze partner account data and compare with market to identify category opportunities and develop category strategies and tactics for assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising at the point of sale.
ensure rcd category management processes implementation across different customer in the indirect channel.
manage category partnership process to ensure delivery of high quality, timely analysis and become an indispensable part of the account's business.
help evaluate and supervise all tests before, during and after implementation and against control stores to build understanding of the impact of different tactics at the point of sale and improve cp®'s overall understanding of category demand drivers.
merchandising/shelf management (use of planograms softwares).
finalize generic category planograms based on strategies and tactics developed in best practices process.
perform analysis of account data and tailor planograms to account needs.
support field sales, consumer marketing and channel requests for merchandising support to help us "win at the shelf".
requirements
channel marketing requirements
requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business.
minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing.
highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills.
sound analytical skills and acute attention to detail.
strong communication skills, persuasive and able to effectively communicate ideas.
proficiency in pc skills including ms office and internet usage.
ability to travel 30% of time.
graphic design requirements
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or other related fields.
experience with marketing, preferably in the field of electronic security.
5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
experience in developing internal and external designs.
experience in design and editing of videos and photography.
development of market studies.
organization of external events.
knowledge of the b2b market.
availability to travel.
intermediate english.
category management specialist requirements
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
at least 3 years of experience as catman or similar roles.
experience managing nielsen and/or kantar.
google suite proficiency.
excel proficiency.
intermediate english level.
experience managing space planning and/or spaceman.
availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
