Job description: design, develop, and execute strategic projects that strengthen holafly’s positioning as a leading brand in the travel-tech sector. This person will identify opportunities for innovation and expansion, creating high-impact initiatives such as strategic collaborations, new visibility formats, and brand experiences. This is a key role to drive holafly’s growth and relevance, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
key responsibilities:
strategy & project development
* identify and develop new positioning opportunities (podcasts, innovative sponsorships, strategic collaborations).
* design and implement initiatives that strengthen holafly’s positioning within the travel and tech ecosystem.
* propose projects that reinforce holafly’s narrative as an innovative and industry-leading brand.
innovation & trend analysis
* monitor the market to identify new trends and opportunities to strengthen brand growth.
* propose creative formats and new brand experiences that differentiate holafly in the market.
coordination & execution
* collaborate with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to align initiatives with global objectives.
* manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and kpis are met.
* act as the primary point of contact between holafly and collaborators involved in the projects.
* prepare presentations and business cases to support proposals for senior management.
measurement & impact
* define key success indicators (kpis) for each project and report results.
* analyze the impact of initiatives and optimize future actions based on learnings.
requirements
* minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, or managing collaborations.
* proven experience leading projects independently and coordinating with external stakeholders.
* strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset.
* experience developing podcasts will be highly valued.
* highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* excellent negotiation and communication skills in both english and spanish.
* knowledge of the travel or tech sector (preferred).
