The team uses work processes and change management skills to speed up the realization of sustainable improvement plans. The opex team's tasks and roles are to change employees and the company for the better through operational excellence.

- execute the 5's and perform balancing.
*who you are*
- recently graduated with a degree in industrial engineering.
- proficient in excel and macros.
- advanced english.
- general knowledge of continuous improvement
- lean
- and/or preferably basic statistics.
- knowledge of 6 sigma.
- communication, teamwork, desire for improvement, leadership, and motivated by contribution.
