Job title: event operations managerthis role is responsible for the overall planning, execution and delivery of temporary outdoor hospitality spaces and activations.the event operations manager will oversee production management, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all commercial products meet high standards.they will also be responsible for ensuring smooth installation, operation and dismantling phases in line with client requirements.the manager will maintain detailed production schedules for activations, installations and operations in line with event timelines.they will identify and address ada and fire-safety compliance issues early, coordinating with team members and contractors to implement solutions.the manager will supervise the breakdown of commercial village areas post-event, ensuring timely strike and site restoration processes as part of venue handover.key responsibilities:strategic planning and execution of hospitality spaces and activations.collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver commercial products.ensure compliance with client requirements, safety regulations and operational standards.maintain accurate production schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.identify and address operational risks and opportunities.
