Responsibilities Americas Console Performance: Lead budgeting for Consoles (partner target tracking, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, and weekly performance reporting) and drive regional accountability for Console metrics (revenue and inventory management).
Demand Planning Alignment: Collaborate with regional partners and the Global Category Lead to align on demand planning.
Americas Retail Strategy for Consoles: Create a comprehensive regional retail strategy for Consoles aligned with devices, services, content, and growth areas; develop fiscal year priorities and support marketing plans and campaigns.
Partner Pitch Materials: Create regionally compelling materials for retail partners using WW Category Partner Pitch documentation.
Market Dynamics Response: Address market dynamics and drive corrective actions as needed.
Driving Console Growth: Identify growth opportunities and prioritize them; collaborate with the WW Console Category Lead on strategy for new and strategic sales, partner onboarding, and measurement of outcomes; support market expansion and new tests or trials.
Console Insights: Leverage industry knowledge and channel insights to drive strategic alignment with partners and WW Category; capture Voice of the Partner from in-store and online feedback and trends.
Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 5+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations OR equivalent experience.
Business level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
Experience planning and executing assortment plans, marketing strategies, and activities that drive business results
Strong leadership and the ability to influence internally at Microsoft and externally with retail partners
Confident leadership representing the business with partners and stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record in managing and transforming a consumer category while meeting sales and profitability targets
Sharp analytical skills for budgeting, market data, and deal opportunities
