radiac, a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and super abrasives, is looking for a mexico account manager in coahuila, preferably in the saltillo/ramos arizpe area, to join our sales team and participate in helping to grow the area. This position is field-based in a home office.
this position is responsible for managing and directing all sales for a set of key accounts generally located in northwest mexico, establishing customer relationships, developing new business, and increasing sales volume.
additionally, this person will:
1. develop/maintain strong customer relations and a deep understanding of market needs and competitive offerings.
2. identify new opportunities and work with the organization to position radiac solutions to meet/exceed customer needs and competitive offerings.
3. achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets for assigned accounts.
4. increase market share with existing customers by developing value-added solutions to address customer’s needs.
5. document and manage opportunities in the crm tool.
6. develop and implement account growth plans that support the company’s objectives and sales goals.
7. meet reporting requirements.
8. support marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, gross margins, and operating profits.
9. provide feedback to the product marketing team regarding market intelligence, product enhancements, and expansion developments.
10. increase brand awareness and value by representing radiac at local and national industry trade shows and events as needed.
qualifications are:
1. minimum of 5 years industrial sales experience.
2. bi-lingual.
3. b.s. in engineering or equivalent experience.
4. knowledge of abrasive product sales and metal finishing.
5. ability to travel to accounts 50% of the time.
6. excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. strong computer literacy.
8. well organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and a diverse set of objectives.
9. achieve goals with minimal supervision and guidance.
