as adigital analytics manager, you will design, implement, and lead digital data analysis strategies to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize the performance of viva's digital channels.
your role will include managing product analytics tools, overseeing data generation and quality, and collaborating with product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business objectives.
your deliverables will be
define and implement the digital analysis strategy to measure the performance of digital channels, including websites, apps, whatsapp, and kiosks.
implement and manage google analytics and quantum metrics, ensuring accurate configurations, integrations with other technologies, and proper data flows.
design dashboards, reports, and key metrics (kpis) to monitor the performance of digital assets and campaigns, providing insights to key stakeholders.
oversee the quality of collected data, ensuring it is reliable, consistent, and error-free for analysis.
develop advanced analyses, user segmentations, and predictive models to understand customer behavior and anticipate their needs.
analyze user and audience behavior through advanced segmentation, cohorts, and funnel analysis using tools like quantum metrics, google analytics, data lake (via sql), tableau, and looker studio.
design and implement digital analytics strategies in collaboration with product, marketing, and personalization teams using advanced analytics tools, tagging, and experimentation.
ensure the quality and reliability of collected data across all digital platforms through regular audits, precise tagging configurations (google tag manager), and adherence to privacy regulations like gdpr/ccpa.
train and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, personalization) by providing key insights, analytical tools, and fostering a data-driven culture.
proactively provide data, insights, and data products for app and whatsapp platforms by developing specific dashboards, predictive analyses, and automated reports that highlight key metrics and identify improvement opportunities based on user behavior, usage, and preferences.
our ideal candidate
bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
experience as a data analyst or in business intelligence handling large volumes of data (4 years or more).
experience in pixel implementation (2 years or more).
advanced experience with google analytics and quantum metrics (3 years or more).
use of google tag manager or similar tools to configure and manage tags, events, and data flows (3 years or more).
practical knowledge of traffic attribution models (1 year or more).
proficiency in sql for database queries.
knowledge of tableau for data visualization.
knowledge of python for data manipulation and automation.
knowledge of javascript (desirable).
