Responsibilities:
- develops the respective customer strategies, lead and work out a joint customer business plan, the negotiation process of trading terms, and its review.
- to plan and to implement strategic plans for key accounts aligned to the company.
- lead the kaes by identified sales strategy, job to be done, resources, and key enables required to maximize business and market opportunities.
- develops and optimal integrated promotion plan (incl. selling the plan at the customer) and manage promo investments in line with bu priorities and with trade marketing and finance functions alignment.
- manages the customer turn over (usg) and profitability agreement from kam.
- monitors & review customer performance from data tracking of customer contribution and market share.
- works in close collaboration with the trade marketing and or category managers for the input, and with channel marketing for the banner/channel plan/blue prints.
- ensure shopper understanding of respective customer/channel.
- coaching, developing and leading key account executives.
- leads the team to execute the agreed plan, monitor and review.
- seek for business opportunities in each channel to grow distribution and products share.
essential:
- bachelor degree
- minimum 5 years relevant account management / field sales experience
- proven people management and negotiation capabilities.
- ability to develop strategy, plan and implementing program of account plan (sell in) and end user promo (sell out) as well.
desirable:
- two years of customer marketing or trade category management.
