Lead the hr department.development of hr policies and procedures, and manage the hr functional areas.sobre nuestro cliente international services company.
descripción * provide support and assistance to the staff on human resources-related
matters, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed in a timely and
professional manner.
* process and validate the pre-payroll in compliance with school policies and mexican
labor laws.
* coordinate and collaborate with the senior leadership team in personnel-related
matters, offering guidance and advice on hr issues.
* serve as the liaison with the central recruitment team, actively participating in the
search and selection process for key staff profiles.
* manage all aspects of employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding,
contract management, and document management.
* ensure compliance with current mexican labor legislation, with a particular focus on
supporting expatriate staff through their migration and adaptation processes to the
mexican work environment.
* participate in staff meetings, reporting on hr matters, and provide updates on staffing
needs or issues.
* maintain accurate and confidential hr records, ensuring the secure handling of personal
and employment information.
* support the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures that align
with school goals and values.
* contribute to the overall life of the organization by fostering a positive working environment,
perfil buscado * 7+ years of proven experience as an hr generalist, with hands-on expertise in
recruitment, labor relations, personnel administration, organizational development,
compensation, and pre-payroll.
* background in organizational psychology, business administration, international
business, or similar fields.
* fluency in both english and spanish, as this role will be in a bilingual and multicultural
environment.
* experience in fast-growing companies or organizations that have undergone changes
like acquisitions or corporate transitions.
this role involves leading cultural and
operational change, guiding the team and senior leadership with a strategic and
organized approach.
* the ability to work independently, as this role will be the hr point of contact on
campus, working closely with peers in the region.
* a positive, proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
manage change.
* knowledge of mexican labor laws and experience working with expatriate staff and their
immigration processes is a plus.
* strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior
leadership and other stakeholders.
* ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring hr processes align with the school's
mission.
* availability to work fully onsite in huixquilucan.
qué ofrecemos $55,000 mxn monthly gross + benefits.
