are you a technical leader with a curiosity about developing implementing global capabilities? We're looking for a traceability technical engineer to meet the reporting and distribution requirements associated with serialisation legislation, all while aligning with global data standards & strategies.
*accountabilities*:
this role will be responsible for the technical management, design, and implementation of solutions to support our global traceability strategy. This includes capturing functional requirements, crafting, testing, integrating, and qualifying systems. You will run site-based workshops to ensure process development aligns with our global template and minimises disruption to business teams. You will also ensure compliance with global data standards, processes, and specifications and alignment to market legislation.
*essential skills/experience*:
- supports system and process fixing with site personnel, consultants, and it support.
- understands and capable to implement full lifecycle management to support validation of it solutions.
- can identify when to call upon additional support from inside or outside of the team.
- can work with a range of people with a diverse set of backgrounds, perspectives, and opinions.
- overcomes constraints, barriers, and impositions to progress, persisting until an agreed solution is reached.
- demonstrable experience supporting automation & it technology, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- good understanding of serialisation legislation and associated business processes.
