• receiving and shipping: verify the efficient receipt, registration, and shipping of materials and products.
• immex and regulatory compliance: verify traceability and documentation in accordance with the immex program and sat regulations.
• internal control and security: implement internal controls, monitor physical security, and collaborate with audits.
• personnel management: supervise the operational team, schedule shifts, and train personnel.
• process optimization: identify opportunities for improvement and implement methodologies such as 5s, lean, and six sigma.key deliveries• inventory accuracy = 98%• warehouse kpis (turnover, accuracy, order fulfillment to production, etc.)• monthly immex reports of inbound/outbound shipments• audit logs without critical findings• documentary evidence of foreign trade• action plans for audit findingsjob requirementseducation:• bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or related field.experience:• minimum 5 years in similar positions in the manufacturing industry, with experience in companies with an immex program and export operations.technical skills:• warehouse management and internal logistics• immex program and foreign trade• erp (sap)• safety and hygiene regulations.
