* drive quality improvements by implementing lean/continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
* manage production schedules, manpower, and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* analyze and optimize manufacturing costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
* lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement, performance, and development.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, with a track record of leading teams or shifts.
* technical skills: production management, quality systems, lean/continuous improvement, hse standards, and process optimization.
* soft skills: leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and results orientation.
