As Technical Sales Representative of our XSBU (REFINISH) you will be in charge to build strategic relationships and lead corporate deals to accomplish our sales goals for our Refinish painting industry. You will be located in #Mexico City and report directly to the Strategic Initiatives Manager of the area.**Key Responsibilities**
- You will build commercial strategies to produce a profitable business model that adapts to market conditions.
- You will establish profitable growth strategy for the segment by developing new business and implementing the value selling process with strategic customers.
- You will communicate business objectives.
- You will develop business strategies to allow you to increase your client portfolio.
- You will perform billing reports and follow up with dealers.
- You will be responsible for revenue and profit margin in your accounts and territories.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in technical sales for powder paintings
- Education in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or similar
- Availability to travel
- Communication is an important skill
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in B2B and B2C sales
