main responsibilities
* develop and execute comprehensive hr strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
* promote a culture of excellence by examining and addressing issues related to workplace environment, culture, and change management.
* manage labor relations by taking proactive measures to prevent conflicts and ensure compliance with regulations.
* support the application of psychosocial risk factor surveys and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
* design and implement effective human resources metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making.
* develop and communicate internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.
* create compelling content for various communication channels and design engaging graphic materials.
* implement hr projects to drive growth and improvement within the organization.
* administer and follow up on employee feedback and suggestion programs.
* support social events and activities that promote employee well-being and engagement.
required skills and qualifications
* 3 years of experience in human resources.
* solid knowledge in labor relations.
* excellent customer service skills.
* general knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
* bachelor's degree in law, administration, or international business or related field.
* knowledge and application of nom-035 and lft.
* proficiency in hr management systems.
* advanced proficiency in excel.
* english fluency.
