Job opportunity:
the position of power system specialist involves accurately identifying and resolving issues, as well as performing routine maintenance and emergency services for standby power generators and fire pump controllers.
key responsibilities:
* maintenance, repair, modification, diagnosis, and rebuilding of standby power generators and fire pump controllers.
* failure analysis, emergency field service, and repairs for customers.
* operation, driving, and maintenance of company service trucks and parts inventory on the truck.
* verification and repair of supporting systems such as fuel, cooling, and electrical systems.
* load bank operation and instrumentation registration.
requirements:
* more than 3 years of experience in servicing generators from 8.5 kw to 3500 kw.
* egsa certification (preferred).
* strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and diesel engines.
* proficiency with computers and software, including microsoft office suite.
