Hr coordinator

responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on operational recruitment, onboarding, outbound process management and plant hr administrative processes.

responsibilities
* labor relationship responsible.
* recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel.
* integration of new employee files (collect documentation) and complete the entry check list (contracts, agreements, badges, etc.).
* control of evaluations of 30 days and 3 months (preparation, delivery and recovery).
* coordination of induction and follow‑up of employees during the period in the training program and coaches program.
* responsible for the annual engagement survey and survey action plan.
* responsible for the execution of motivational programs and events, social, cultural, recreational, sports activities (according to the annual calendar of events), and employee retention programs.
* responsible for the volunteer and grant donation program.
* responsible for organizational communication (newsletters, boards, suggestion box, communication meetings, videos).
* administration of employee services (letters, badges, transportation, dining room, lockers, general attention, uniforms, etc.).
* responsible for the onboarding process for salary team members.
* responsible for the annual training plan.
* responsible for follow‑up hour‑by‑hour certification process.
* disability management (capture, adjustments for untimely captures, notification to supervisor, follow‑up with the employee, file, etc.).
* coordination of visits from external suppliers for services to employees.
* responsible for external suppliers such as cafeteria, transportation, etc.
* responsible for attending iso, ctpat, stps and secretaria de salud audits.
* engagement star point support.
* backup of payroll process.
qualifications
* professional academic studies, bachelor’s or engineering (related to human resources desirable).
* 3 years of experience as a generalist.
* english intermediate level – advanced.
* employee life cycle management (onboarding, additions, terminations, and processes related to benefits administration).
* experience in recruitment.
* administration of processes related to the union (categories and certifications, update of collective contract benefits, etc.).
* experience in training area.
* administrative processes of human resources (audits, procedures, etc.).
* pre‑payroll processes experience desirable.
* organized – strong interpersonal skills.
* analytical – ability to handle conflicts.
