The focus of this role is to be part of a team of soc design engineers to design and implement new and existing features for intel's next‑generation socs using new design methodologies. You will explore and implement new design methods that leverage ai engines and modern hardware description languages.

qualifications
* pursuing a master's or ph.d. degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation
* at least 4 months of experience in digital design, asic design flow, and computer architecture
* experience with at least one programming/scripting language such as c/c++, perl, ruby, python, and unix (linux)
* knowledge of hardware description languages such as vhdl, verilog, or system verilog
* basic skills related to pre‑si validation (e.g., logic simulators such as xilinx, quartus, modelsim, vcs) and debugging capabilities
* advanced english level
* must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in mexico (role not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship)
preferred qualifications
* basic testbench development and test scenario writing, functional coverage concepts and implementation
