the ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy. As a product owner for digital channels, you will lead the evolution of our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.
responsibilities
* product evangelism: serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the primary \"voice of the customer\" within the development team.
* backlog management: own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
* cross-functional collaboration: work cross-functionally with ux/ui, engineering, and marketing to gather requirements and customer feedback while communicating clear priorities.
* prototyping: create mockups and low-fidelity prototypes to assist with development and validate ideas before full-scale production.
* data-driven decisions: analyze product metrics and kpis to understand customer behavior and product performance, using these insights to drive future enhancements.
* stakeholder management: manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders through frequent updates and transparent roadmap communication.

qualifications
* education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
* experience: * 3+ years of total experience in project or product management.
* at least 2 years specifically focused on digital channels (web, mobile apps, e-commerce, or self-service portals).
* methodology: strong experience working in scrum or agile environments.
* communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
* analytical skills: proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, adobe analytics) to track and report on product health.
* certifications (plus): cspo (certified scrum product owner) or similar certifications are highly valued.
