Business manager – real estate (luxury)
you will be responsible for driving the sales of high-value residential units, managing the full commercial cycle: from client acquisition to deal closing, ensuring an exceptional experience for high-net-worth clients.

* execute and optimize commercial strategies for attracting and converting premium clients.
* manage the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective closings.
* lead the full sales process (prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing).
* oversee the end-to-end client experience throughout the buying journey.
* monitor and manage commercial operations with a strong results-oriented focus.
* represent the project in front of clients, brokers, and investors.
* analyze sales kpis and propose improvements to commercial strategy.
profile we are looking for
* solid experience (minimum 5 years) in premium real estate sales or luxury sectors.
* proven track record closing high-value transactions.
* experience managing high-net-worth clients.
* knowledge of digital tools and crm systems.
* strong results orientation, discipline, and follow-up skills.

* bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, administration, or related field.
