work you'll do/responsibilities
as a consultant at deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:
* end to end implementation:
assist and executing full-cycle implementation of oracle cloud core hr module, from requirement gathering to post go live support ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
* functional expertise:
act as a trusted advisor and subject matter advisor (sma) on oracle cloud core hr, providing guidance on system functionality, optimization strategies, and best practices.
* stakeholder management:
build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing strategic insights and ensuring alignment of hr system capabilities with broader organizational goals.

qualifications
required
* 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework (
egresado
) in any pertinent field or industry
* advanced english level
* previous experience with functional support or implementation in core hr, oracle cloud recruiting (orc), onboarding, talent, or learn.
* experience implementing / supporting oracle hcm core hr in all phases of at least one full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, go-live).
* strong understanding of hr process, employment models, enterprise configuration, workforce structure, organizational structure, legal entity, business units, departments, jobs, positions, person, and assignments management.
* experience in core hr configuration tasks, including dffs, effs, eits value sets, common lookups, workflow, and approval processes.
* experience in personalizing and branding the oracle hcm cloud ui pages.
* ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.
preferred
* oracle hcm cloud core hr certified.
