the finance controller manager will oversee all financial activities of the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and business objectives.
key responsibilities include:
* leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* monitoring cost structures, variances, and profitability to support decision-making.
* ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations.
* managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and preparing financial statements.
* partnering with plant leadership on investment analysis, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
* coordinating internal and external audits.
* leading and developing the plant finance team.
* providing timely financial reporting and insights to regional and corporate stakeholders.
* supporting erp systems and digital finance initiatives.
perfil buscado
key requirements:
* bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
* professional certification (cpa, cma or equivalent) preferred.
* at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, including team management.
* strong knowledge of erp systems such as sap or oracle.
* fluent in english and spanish.
