provides operational coordination to c&w transactions management professionals supporting a client’s dispersed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide.
job responsibilities
1. provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally.
2. support the transactions team with documentation for various processes including new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
3. track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
4. draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents.
5. draft and process co-broker and agent engagement letters.
6. facilitate commission invoicing and input commission data into c&w revenue reporting system.
7. assist with reporting functions such as closing/value-add reports, negotiation summaries, kpi tracking, and database updates.
8. manage portfolio reporting, including data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting for both c&w and clients.
9. perform administrative duties including document handling, correspondence, and departmental support.
10. process paperwork and coordinate document distribution post-approval.
11. review broker market surveys and deliverables for client presentation.
12. gather real estate market data from research and brokers.
13. coordinate client feedback surveys.
14. ensure quality and timeliness of transaction data entry across databases.
15. prepare transaction communication tools for management approval.
