* proven ability to manage and scale engineering teams, driving growth and improvement.
the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with agile methodologies and modern development practices. Experience with cloud-based technologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines is highly desirable.
