*responsibilities*- build and own the outbound sales motion, including lead generation processes and slas.
- develop and manage abm target account lists across multiple verticals.
- hire, ramp, and coach bdrs through call reviews, role-plays, and objection handling.
- track activity, quality, and pipeline metrics to drive consistent performance.
- ensure compliance with outbound sales regulations and best practices.
- collaborate with rev ops and leadership on pipeline management, late-stage deals, and proposals.
*requirements*:- 3-6+ years of experience in bdr, sdr, or business development roles within b2b services or bpo environments.
- proven experience developing outbound pipeline from scratch and closing new business.
- experience selling to us-based companies is mandatory.
- hands-on experience with hubspot, apollo, linkedin sales navigator, and outbound dialing tools.
- fluent english and strong spanish communication skills.
