this is a temporary support position to assist with various activities.
main responsibilities:
* incoming and outgoing calls
* reports and documentation
* data entry and administration
requirements:
* bilingualism in english and spanish
* excellent communication, oral, and written skills
work schedule:
* m-f 12pm-6pm (30hrs/week)
* m-f 1pm - 6pm (25hrs/week)
technical requirements:
* access to internet
* a computer with core i5 or above processor and at least 8gb ram
* a professional callcenter headset
