You will be project lead, working with client management, content management (language) and our production team. As the integrated producer, you will manage the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, overseeing production workflows, and delivery for localised digital assets. You will also work directly with clients to project manage ,quality delivery of our copy validation services.your primary responsibilities will include:you will have experience working in marketing. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology clientmastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and managing production resourcingbudget management skills, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client purchase orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projectscomfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, working with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partnersyou will change client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project detailswillingness to work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferencesqualificationsminimum 2+ years of experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agencyenglish proficiencyproficiencywith project management software tools and google sheetsfamiliarity with digital/video formats and software eg.
