job summary
the project lead account manager will be responsible for defining, preparing, leading and executing the deployment of the global business platform(s) in scope of the digital backbone.
managing and monitoring a team who are part of deployment plans and risk management is also key to this role.
a successful candidate will have experience working in a complex international environment, leading cross-functional programs and/or erp/platform implementation.
they should have a strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
key responsibilities
* manage a cross-functional team for a client who are experts in domain, technology deployment and stakeholder management.
* develop policies and ways of working for the team to ensure seamless deployment of the program.
* manage client stakeholders including program managers, market leaders and functional leaders.
* collaborate with other functions such as hr, it, legal, payroll to streamline the ways of working with the client.
requirements
* bachelors or masters degree required.
* managerial experience required in a complex international environment and leading a cross-functional programs and/or erp/platform implementation.
* strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
