- management and report for the psychologic attention.
- creation of psychological first aid brigade integrated by all areas of the site.
- creation of the annual plan to improve the results of the nom 035 ( psychosocial risk factors, organizational climate, workplace violence etc.)
- leadership of the violence and workplace harassment committee.
- provide training in order to prevent mental disorders (induction, monthly etc.)
- support the doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees.
- provides psychologic attention services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the company or events.
- follow up psychologist campaigns.

- 2-5 years of related experience.
- knowledge of nom 035.
- knowledge of organizational psychology.
- demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
