they provide campgrounds and rv parks with a property management system and marketing services to help drive them more business.
*the role*:
we are looking for an experienced inside sales manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.
the inside sales manager will work together with a high-performance sales team to achieve specific sales goals.
this role will lead and motivate the sales team, monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
*requirements*:
- fully fluent in english language
- at least 3 years of experience managing an inside sales team
- coaches and trains new reps on best practices for cold calling and inside sales
- write scripts and finds creative ways to handle customer objections
- monitoring outbound metrics of each rep and ensuring that they achieve their targets
- hiring new reps and training them to be the best
- experience with high volume and lower value sales selling into the smb category
- experience with b2b sales and cold calling ideally within the tech/software/travel industry.
- thrive in startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- experience with hubspot
- personal interest in the camping industry, rv travel, and the outdoors will be a plus
