About the role
we are looking for an experienced, highly strategic, and results-driven amazon account manager to manage and grow multiple high-value client accounts. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational coordination, analytical insight, and exceptional communication skills.
you will serve as the primary point of contact for 4–10 amazon brands, translating their business goals into actionable ecommerce strategies while coordinating multiple internal departments (advertising, creative, logistics, customer support, finance/vat, and operations).
this is a leadership-focused role where your ability to drive growth, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver measurable impact directly influences client success and long-term retention.
key responsibilities
* lead strategy and communication for 4–10 amazon client accounts, ensuring clarity, structure, and trust.
* translate client goals into actionable amazon strategies, covering growth, optimisation, and execution.
* coordinate cross-functional teams (ads, design, logistics, vat, support) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* monitor performance metrics (sales, acos/tacos, conversion rate, inventory) and provide insights and recommendations.
* identify risks and opportunities proactively, solving issues before they escalate (stockouts, suppressed listings, performance alerts).
* create and manage growth plans (account roadmaps, launch strategies, optimisation cycles).
* prepare structured updates and reports, including weekly summaries and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
* maintain high client satisfaction and retention through communication, organisation, and value delivery.
key requirements
* 3+ years of proven experience in account management/project management in amazon marketplace.
* demonstrable ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with structure, clarity, and strategic thinking.
* c1 english communication skills (written and spoken).
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and convert it into actionable insights.
* adept at delegating tasks while coordinating cross-functional teams.
* experience working with remote, international teams.
desired skills
* understanding of ppc concepts, acos/tacos, keyword strategy, and ads reporting.
* experience with e-commerce analytics tools (helium10, jungle scout, datadive, etc.).
* familiarity with forecasting, inventory planning, and operational optimisation.
* previous experience in a digital agency environment.
