- coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet kpis and contractual commitments.
- analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients.
- handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity.
- identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- develop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling).
- support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- act as the "voice of the customer" within the organization, ensuring alignment between client expectations and operational capabilities.requirements- bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing.
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- proficiency in ms excel, power bi, or other data visualization tools.
- fluent in english and spanishpreferred skills- experience with large or regional key accounts.
- knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (wms/tms).
