- * qualifications & skills*:
- minimum of 5 years' experience in a plant controller role in a multinational company
- familiar with maquiladora scheme organization in mexico
- strong attention to details and analytic skills, ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
- excellent ability to synthetize the details into the "global picture".
- proven problem-solving skills, hands-on, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- strong interpersonal skills and leadership to work with people at all levels within and outside dana in a professional manner and the ability to work in a team and matrix environment.
- excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- having already participated to an erp implementation or a plant start up will be definitely appreciated
- bachelor degree in business - accounting or finance
- spanish and english fluent are both mandatory
