you will work closely with the accounting service manager and other teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, supporting our mission of fostering small business growth.key responsibilitiesbookkeeping & transactions: accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.financial reporting: assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with us gaap standards.account reconciliation: perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.compliance & tax support: ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed.process improvement: identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes.requirementseducation: bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes).
