* p&l management of accounts in zhejiang province, achieving individual sales targets, marketing implementations, and operation kpis.
* alignment of indirect channel distributors with company goals, strategy, and practices, and development of strong relationships with customers.
* negotiation with key accounts and individual workshops to expand market presence.
* motivation and development of distributor sales teams to grow new business and increase market shares.
* optimization and growth of a sustainable distributor network.
* management of key stakeholders and collaboration with marketing, pricing, technical, supply chain, and ice teams to support business expansion.
* distributor and individual workshops' training on social media and self-owned media platforms.
required skills:
* strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
* excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* able to work independently and as part of a team.
* familiarity with the lubricant industry is an advantage.
