this role will oversee the operational delivery of hr services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outputs. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
key responsibilities
* deliver hr transactional processes that meet business needs with standardized global practices.
* ensure service partnership agreements are met for all hr gbs team catalog processes.
* manage daily operations and services for the hr transactional services team within the regional global business services center.
* verify accuracy and completeness of end-to-end standard processes and supporting documentation.
* guarantee hr records and systems comply with local, regional, and international policies, human rights, freedom of information, protection of privacy, employment/labor laws, and legislative/regulatory standards.
* adhere to herbalife's policies and ensure proper functioning of all necessary controls.

b.a. in business administration required with a focus on human resource management.
preferred qualifications
*desirable experience:*
* delivering hr transactional business services or shared services, process improvement, and management of operational services delivery in hr.
* service delivery or business transformation projects - strategy and/or deployment.
* portuguese desirable.
