Executive director of wholesale expansion
the primary objective of this position is to spearhead the execution of business strategies in mexico, aligning with company goals.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute comprehensive business plans for all current and prospect accounts, ensuring growth and profitability.
* build, lead, and develop sales and wholesale teams, fostering collaboration and performance-driven culture.
* expand wholesale business through territory model, increasing penetration into small retailers and strategic accounts.
* negotiate with clients, agencies, retail partners, and sport leagues/teams at senior levels.
* capture new market opportunities across wholesale, multi-brand, and digital channels.
* implement performance indicators such as revenue growth, profitability, market share, and sell-through to inform business decisions.
* establish commercial policies including pricing strategies, discount structures, payment terms, and delivery agreements.
* partner with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial initiatives effectively.
* oversee launch planning, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation to drive brand visibility and sales.
* provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to influence product development and assortment planning.
for success, you must be a hands-on leader who develops strategies and executes them. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commercial management, fashion, or related fields is required, with a master's degree preferred.
