Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Visual Storytelling & Design – Create infographics, graphics, posters, and social media visuals that bring our messages to life.
- Video Production – Develop and edit short-form videos and photo content using company-provided tools. Work with and help manage vendor resources to support video production.
- Executive Presentation Development – Build polished, on-brand slide decks for leadership reviews, town halls, and external briefings. Transform rough outlines into clear narratives with strong data visualization and speaker notes.
- Messaging & Content Development – Adapt global messaging for U.S. audiences and support content creation for key stakeholders. Draft talking points and leadership updates, and manage media releases across global, regional, and local channels, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, working links, and timely publication.
- Website & Platform Management – Maintain and update the U.S. website in collaboration with global, regional, and U.S. teams. Serve as the day-to-day contact for the Sandoz global digital team, coordinating content updates with communications leads and brand teams, and aligning with global and local digital stakeholders.
- Content Library & Brand Governance – Maintain core content libraries for internal and external communications strategy decks and key stakeholder materials. Advise teams on version control, access protocols, and asset management. Oversee templates, iconography, and version-controlled libraries. Provide input on global brand standards.
- Digital Campaigns & Analytics - Support communications for strategic milestones and change initiatives. Track engagement and campaign performance using tools that could include Google Analytics, Kaltura, Sprinklr, or others. Recommend appropriate tracking tools and coordinate with vendors as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital communications, creative content, and project management
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, video editing, graphic design, and analytics
- Experience managing digital platforms and working in global, matrixed environments
- Must be fluent in English
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadline-driven work
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical communications is a plus
Travel Requirements
- Minimal (10–15%)
