Bonus opportunities! JOB TITLE: AutomationTechnician LOCATION: Mexico, MO SHIFT: 3rd General Summary Monitors process systems and maintains and upgrades process monitoring equipment. Demonstrates Spartan’s core operating values and code of conduct through actions and behaviors. Job Duties
1. Keeps monitoring equipment and process limits updated.
2. Repairs monitoring and electrical equipment.
3. Performs the programming of PLCs for die cast and machining and assembly equipment.
4. Performs the Programming of robots and camera equipment and troubleshoots issues.
5. Sets-up training on upgrades and new equipment.
6. Answers general questions from production personnel about these systems.
7. Provides analysis reports to track machine and process performance.
8. Researches and gathers quotes for systems improvements.
9. Maintains stock of repair items.
10. Contributes to and supports the existence of a positive work environment through personal involvement by communicating, interacting and behaving in a manner that promotes productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and others with whom such relationships are important to the success of company operations.
Job Qualifications
Required: High School/GED and 2+ years related experience
Preferred: Degree and/or Certificate in related area
