About us
stacklist is a social curation network helping businesses and people build hubs of organized, browsable content from across the internet. We work primarily with real estate agents, short-term rental managers, hotels, and hospitality businesses. We just signed a deal to onboard 200 real estate agents onto the platform, and we need someone who can help us build great hubs at scale. We're early, growing fast, and backed by angel investors. Small team, real ownership. Stacklist helps clients curate and publish organized content, while stack lab builds exceptional digital experiences through consulting, development, and strategic partnerships.
what you'll actually do
* build out client hubs from scratch: research their area, create stacks by topic, add cards with descriptions, photos, and links
* create and organize content for real estate agents, short-term rental managers, and hospitality businesses
* evaluate a client's existing content, online presence, and local market to determine what stacks and cards should go into their hub
* research local businesses, neighborhoods, attractions, and services to populate stacks with genuinely useful recommendations
* write clear, helpful card descriptions and notes that add context beyond just a link
* maintain and update existing hubs: refresh stale content, add new cards, reorganize stacks as needed
* seed content on platforms like reddit, forums, and social channels to drive visibility to client hubs
* follow templates and processes for hub setup, and help improve those processes as you learn what works
* manage your own queue of client hub builds, track progress, flag blockers, and keep builds moving on schedule
* help handle onboarding volume as we scale, starting with a 200-agent deployment
who this is for
we're looking for detail-oriented storytellers with strong research and writing skills. You'll need good taste to distinguish between a sloppy collection and a well-curated one, and the ability to quickly learn about a city, neighborhood, or industry to feature the best content. You should be able to assess a business and determine what content makes their hub genuinely useful to customers. You'll work independently with strong time-management across multiple client projects, thriving on consistent, high-quality output. An interest in startups and a drive to grow with a small, entrepreneurial team is important.
we value clear, natural english writing, thoughtful organization, and a bias toward action. This is behind-the-scenes work, not client-facing or sales-oriented. If you enjoy building, organizing, and helping clients look like trusted local experts, you'll fit well here.
