(altas y bajas de gráficos).* apoyar a los usuarios de los gráficos, en análisis, interpretación y utilización adecuada de las herramientas estadísticas utilizadas en la planta para facilitar la implementación del spc.* mantener los archivos electrónicos del seguimiento a los índices de capacidad de los procesos monitoreados y controlados a través de gráficos de control.* generar reporte mensual de los índices de capacidad.* monitorear y actualizar los procedimientos para realizar las pruebas de spc.* citar a juntas mensuales con el staff de la unidad, cuando el índice de capacidad de las gráficas sea menor al establecido por la compañía.* actualizar la hoja de cálculo para la generación del rty.* captura semanal y mensual de los ppm's de todos los procesos de la planta y generar reportes.*requerimientos básicos:* preparatoria o carrera trunca* experiencia en el área de calidad por más de 3 años.* entrenamiento en equipo de medición.* facilidad para la comunicación.* manejó de paquetes computacionales (office / minitab / datalyzer / adobe)*requerimientos deseables:* ingles 80%* capacitación en técnicas estadísticas de solución de problemas.* conocimiento en ppap's de clientes*onsite work arrangement:*this role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
