Supply chain specialist
summary as as a supply chain specialist you will be responsible for partially supporting account health activities and ticket resolutions while having a greater focus on supply chain monitoring, replenishments and reconciliation for a portfolio of clients in direct partnership with your counterparts on our operations team and other cross functional partners.
what you’ll be doing: monitoring amazon seller central account health through daily checks of assigned accounts for any performance, account, inventory issues -creating tickets in internal project management system for any issues within the accounts. Creating approved shipments within amazon and communicate directly with clients on updates and missing details weekly audits for fees & shipments ad hoc reporting and checks based on client needs. Working with amazon seller support through case logs, chat, and phone calls to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Pulling data from amazon seller central, vendor central, and amify’s proprietary data systems to create and format reporting dashboards.
requirements: experience operating within amazon seller or vendor central experience within supply chain, inventory management, or planning 1+ year utilizing send to amazon workflow comfortable working in excel, powerpoint, google docs/drive, and various software systems desire for ownership and accountability for operational issue resolution highly organized and detail oriented excellent communicator, especially in writing strategic thinker, analytical, ability to learn quickly intermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft excel (macros, pivots, lookups) experience working with project management / ticketing systems job type:
