* knowledge of labor regulations across multiple countries.
* experience in sustainment, post-implementation support, or hris migrations.key responsibilities- to do configuration for ukg e time / ukg pro wfm across latam.
* quickly learn and understand the current e time configuration deployed across latam.
* partner with lac stakeholders to identify pain points in the current configuration.
* the initial deployment is closer to a migration, but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed.
* support continued deployments for remaining latam countries.
* ensure ongoing support for federal, state/province, and local regulatory changes.
