job description
you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your activities will include creating sales strategies, meeting commercial objectives, and representing the company in meetings, technical visits, and industry trade shows. This is an on-site, full-time position based in our offices located in tlalnepantla, state of mexico.
main responsibilities:
* develop and expand the automotive wholesale and heavy-duty aftermarket in mexico and latam.
* prospect, visit, and manage current and potential customers.
* provide technical training on our full product portfolio.
* lead negotiations, follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
* conduct fieldwork to develop accounts and introduce new product lines and categories.
* prepare reports and ensure achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets.
required skills and qualifications
key requirements:
* strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* knowledge of the auto parts aftermarket (automotive and/or heavy-duty).
* excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* experience in key account management with a strong results-driven mindset.
* proficiency with digital tools for reporting, crm systems, and data analysis.
* availability to travel as required.
