*our exciting opportunity*:
we are now looking for an integration engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity. Your work will in part form our customer legacy.
*you will*:
support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies
plan the implementation of the product configuration / integration work
execute product configuration
execute integration and migration work
prepare system test, module test and accept test
work to identify and drive improvements
post project activities
understand technical e2e
execute test
script & code
have knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
*to be successful in the role you must have*:
- experience as an integration engineer working with network management systems (fault management & performance management).
- proven technical leadership experience in sophisticated it transformation projects
- experience with solaris and linux operating system as sistem administration level.
- experience with virtualization & cloud technologies (vmware, openstack, kubernetes, containers etc).
- databases: administration of object (versant) and relational (sybase) databases (3+ years' proven experience).
- experience with hp blade & emc san solutions.
- (hardware architecture).
- scripting / programming: java, perl, corba, sql, python.
- experience with communication protocols: snmp, corba, http, etcto provide southbound and northbound interfaces to communicate with network elements (nes) and operations support systems (osss).
- proven tcp/ip and veritas skills (veritas volume manager, veritas cluster).
- network elements: experience in telecom arean: atm/ip, gprs, gsm, wcdma, lte, ims from either a telecom manufacturing company or telecom network operator is essential.
- master/bachelor's degree or equivalent in related major.
- proficient in english
*additional requirements*:
availability to travel (national and international trips 75% of available time.).
