role & responsibilities:
here's just some of what you'll do in this role:
- lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment
- enact broader gta recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent
- master ops excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan
- recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with gta manager
- conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments
- create new offers, work with the compensation team to determine appropriate package and negotiate offer
- partner with employee relations, legal, background check, etc.
- create events and handle colleague referrals
- keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry
